  • Name3. Within 1 month of the air conditioning units hereby permitted being brought into use, the results of a detailed noise impact assessment shall be submitted to the local planning authority. This report shall include appropriate attenuation measures if proven necessary. Such mitigation measures as may be agreed by the local planning authority shall be implemented within one month of the agreement of the details and remain in situ in perpetuity.4. No use of the ground floor retail premises shall be carried out other than between 0700 hours and 2300 hours on any day. 5. No deliveries or waste collections shall be taken at or dispatched from the site other than between 0700 and 2300 hours on any day.6. The development hereby permitted shall not be brought into use until such time as the indicated waste storage facilities serving the flat and shop and as shown on drawing No. 9011/12G received by the local planning authority on 16th March 2020 have been provided and made available for use. Once provided in accordance with the approved details, these facilities shall permanently remain available for use as such.7. No use or occupation of the building shall begin until provision has been made within the application site for the parking and storage of cycles as shown on Drawing Number 9011/12G received by the local planning authority on 16th March 2020. The provision for cycles shall thereafter not be used for any other purpose.8. The development hereby permitted shall not be brought into use until such time as the car parking and turning facilities shown on the approved plan have been completed in accordance with the submitted details and the existing access gates have been relocated to the approved position. Thereafter, the parking and turning facilities shall not be obstructed in any way that would prevent such use.9.
